Connecting your Confirmed.Church and Planning Center accounts

Step 1

Log in to Confirmed.Church. The Dashboard screen will display.

Step 2

Click Settings (gear icon, gold arrow above). The Integrations page will display.

Step 3

On the Integrations page, click on the green Planning Center Connect button (brown arrow below).

The following screen will pop up.

Step 4

Blue oval above: Click on the first dropdown menu. Choose your country code if different than United States +1.

Step 5

Brown oval above: Click on the second dropdown menu. You will see the following dropdown menu.

Click on the logic you would like Confirmed.Church to use:

Use mobile: Confirmed.Church will use the mobile numbers found in the Planning Center records of your contacts. If there is no mobile number found for a contact, no reminder will be sent.

Use main/primary: Confirmed.Church will use the home phone number found in the Planning Center records of your contacts. If there is no home phone number found for a contact, no reminder will be sent.

Try mobile first and if invalid, send via main/primary: Confirmed.Church will first search for (and use) the mobile number in the record of your Planning Center contact. If that number is not valid, Confirmed.Church will search for (and use) the home phone number for that contact. If neither number is found, no reminder will be sent.

Step 6

Click on the green Connect button (above) to save your choices.

When successful, your Integrations page will be updated to look like this:

Click on the 3-dot More Menu to manage your active PCO integration:
