Changing the information in Billing in Settings.

Log in to Confirmed.Church.

Your Dashboard will be displayed.

Click on Settings (gear icon, yellow arrow in image above).

The Settings menu will pop up.

Click on Billing.

The following screen will display. (Yes, it is small and difficult to read. We will show the individual parts better. We just wanted you to see the whole screen at once.)


THE GREEN BOX

At the bottom of the box, you will see your next billing date.

If you would like to change your subscription, click on Change.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, click on CANCEL.

Choose from monthly or yearly plans. Note that yearly plans save you 17%.

Canceling your subscription

Click on the downward arrow to choose your reason for canceling. If you wish, please give us more information in Comments, so we can improve Confirmed.Church. Perhaps we can win you back! If you made a mistake or are having second thoughts, click NEVERMIND. If you are sure, click CANCEL --- We welcome you back any time!

LOGS

Click on Settings in the lower, left-hand corner of your dashboard (gear icon, green box in image below. Then choose Logs from the pop-up menu.

At the top of the page are your statistics (like on your Dashboard). To see more information, click on View all.

PAYMENT METHOD(S)

To see all your payment methods, click View all.

To add another form of payment, click on the green Plus Sign.

VIEW ALL

The following screen will display.

Since this is a testing account, there are no payment methods. However, in a real account like yours, they would be listed. Click on the Add a New Payment Method button to add another form of payment. The following screen will display.

Fill in the required information and click Save.

GREEN PLUS SIGN

If you click on the green Plus Sign, the screen above will display. Fill in the required information and click Save.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

Since this is a testing account, there are no transactions. However, in a real account like yours, the most current would be listed.

Click on View all to see your complete transaction history. The following screen will display. All your transactions will be listed.

MANAGING CREDITS

Depending on your church activity, your need for credits will vary. Sometimes, it is more cost-effective to change your subscription plan. However, there are also cases in which buying credits on an as needed basis makes more sense.

Confirmed.Church offers two ways to manage your credits.

Option 1: Manual management

Buy credits as needed.

Click on the downward arrow. The following menu will pop up.

Choose the amount of credits you wish to buy. Then click on the Add credits button.

Option 2: Autorecharge

Autorecharge automatically buys you more credits when the number of credits in your bucket falls below a certain number. Here's how to set that up.

2a. Click on the Enable Autorecharge button.

2b. The following screen will display.

2c. Click on the Credit amount downward arrow. The following screen will display.

Choose the number of credits to automatically buy each time.

2d. Click on the Actual amount downward arrow. The following screen will display.

Choose the trigger for your auto purchase.

2e. Click on the Select card downward arrow to choose your payment method.

2f. Click on the Enable button to apply your choices.

The screen will refresh to the Billing screen. You will see that the Autorecharge is now toggled on (green color) and the information shown are the choices you made.

To make further changes, click Edit.


To cancel Autorecharge, click on the toggle button to toggle it off. The button will go grey, and then this section will look as follows:
