Log in to Confirmed.Church

After log in, your first screen will be the Dashboard. You will see the following screen personalized for your account.

What's on the Dashboard?

Your dashboard shows your confirmation statistics for the week: the number of people still unconfirmed, those who have accepted, the number of messages which failed to get sent, and the number of sent confirmations.

To make sure you are seeing the latest statistics, you can refresh the page. To do this, click on Refresh (green broken circle icon, blue arrow above).

NOTE: Clicking on Refresh brings you back to your Dashboard whenever you need.

Want to drill down further into your statistics?

To see further details about your services and events, click on Services (rocket ship icon, brown arrow above). The Services page will open. Click on a service/event name for more details.

Changing your settings

At the bottom of the page is Settings (gear icon, yellow arrow above). If you click on Settings, the following menu will pop up.

My profile

The apps your Confirmed.Church account is integrated with. Want to add an integration? Here's how:

Billing

My Numbers

A list of all your numbers. If you wanted to add another number, you would do that here. See more details here: https://help.confirmed.church/en/articles/5335002-settings-my-numbers

Users

A list of users [for admins only].

Our team at Confirmed.Church is your main contact. We are here to answer questions, provide help, or just respond to your comments. We really encourage you to communicate with us because together, we can make Confirmed.Church serve churches even better than it already does.

Just click on our Confirmed.Church chat on your Dashboard (green speech bubble, gold arrow above) to send us a text through your account. Naturally, there is NO CHARGE to you for these text messages.
